Geocache Description:

Two part cache, co-ords above are for micro and parking place

Hidden in mixed woodland. Many of the beech trees suffered in the great storm of the late 80's, possibly as a result of changes in wind flow over the area after the building of the A404 Marlow bypass.

I've chosen to do this a a multi to help you find your way to the cache site. The location of the micro is suitable parking spot. The micro contains the final cache co-ords

Across the road is a field which is used for the flying of model planes and helicopters, hence the cache name. I think most of the flying is done at weekends, if you are lucky enough to see some flying perhaps you would say what day of the week it was.

The path is nice and easy and on the level if you park at the suggested spot. The first part is a mini micro, the second is a regular cache with an assortment of goodies.

The day this cache appeared I had this email from a cacher
"....as both a geocacher and model flyer, can I suggest that you warn people not to wander onto the flying field? Fast moving models and geocachers don't mix! I had to ditch a model last year (some £300 worth) in order to avoid hitting a passerby who wandered over to see what I was doing just as I was landing..."
