Hello from The 3 Musketeers. We enjoy geocaching and we wanted to do something new, fun and where we can get together with some other cachers and put some faces with some names out there. So we’re inviting you to our “Meet & Greet Geo-Poker Run” which meets in Mendon Ponds Park. We have put quite a bit of time and planning into this and are dying to see if it flies. It should be a blast. Bring yourselves, a lunch, a fishing pole or anything else that might tickle your fancy. Pass the word!!

Take a chance and come on out and let’s have some fun. Just go to at least 4 of the 7 listed caches and choose a RANDOM card. Bring your cards with you to Mendon Ponds on the 23rd. After drawing a card at sign-in and discarding any extra cards you choose, you will play your hand against everyone else. Whoever has the best and worse hand wins BIG PRIZES. Well… prizes anyway. Sweet!
Submit a log if you have any questions, problems or observations, I will respond ASAP.
Poker Run Rules
1. Everyone is invited to play. Each person in a group draws a card. Please post a note if a cache runs low on cards so I can refill it.
2. Prizes for Best Hand, Worst Hand, maybe more…
3. One hand per person.
4. Must play our (marked) cards.
5. You may not draw two identical cards. You will be asked to re-draw if you do.
6. Rules subject to change without notice.
(We may have a few tricks up our sleeves)
7. Decision of the Judge is very, very final.
8. Don’t even think about bribing the Judge.
9. Each person may pick up 1 card at each cache you visit.
10. Each person will receive 1 additional card at sign-in at Mendon Ponds.
11. BONUS cards may be awarded.
12. After all cards have been drawn and discarded, your best (or worst) 5 card hand will be your entry.
