This is a cache located near the Blue Mound City Lake. I when to replace the small cache with a ammo box but when I got there it was missing. I have no idea what could have removed it. I left the ammo box. I also changed the coords slightly in order to be more accurate.
This cache is located near the Blue Mound City Lake. It is a very pretty spot in Linn County, Kansas. It is not very well know nor busy.
You will need to find the area and the lake. There are numerous ways to approach the cache. Some are easer than the others. You get to chose where to park in order to get the cache. That is all part of the fun.
I am hoping the cache takes a little time to find. The hint should make it easer. I would recommend long pants going after the cache.
After you find the cache fish a little (the fishing is great!) or have a picnic. Stay a little while, have some fun, explore the lake and the area. Why don’t you place another cache in the area as well?
