tn_gremlin: Finally had the time and conditions to swing by and check on the state of this cache. There is now a wide bulldozed path where the cache used to be. I guess they are putting in more trails. If no one beats me to it, I will put a new one in this park after they seem to be done with modifications.

Geocache Description:

The "Tupelo Cache" (GCG69W) was my second find and my first in the Knoxville area. When I saw that it was missing and not likely to be replaced, I decided to adopt the same park. It is not in the same location, but is close to the mandatory 0.1 mile separation if the original cache resurfaces.

The "Over the hill" portion of the cache name comes from the fact that I celebrated my 40th birthday just a few weeks ago and wanted to put out a cache to commemorate it. Take a picture with the camera and enjoy.
