naturewalker: I need to archive this cache. I have been having health problems and have been unable to maintain this cache. I hope to get better and back into geocaching. I do miss it. Maybe some one else will take it over and keep it in the game.

Geocache Description:

Town of Brookhaven park in Centereach

The origianl cache was lost. Probable due to improvements made to the park. It does look much nicer now. I have finally replaced the cache with a new one.
I’ve lived near here for many years. I have passed by this out of the way park from time to time. It’s rare that I see anyone playing in it. I’ve placed this cache here to call attention to it. It’s a great place to come with the kids. The park is owned by the town of Brookhaven, The usual laws apply (i.e. closed at dark, no animals).
