It was just about a year ago when I first came to this park to find the Laurel Ridge cache with Docdesi and his family.
Help us celebrate the Fall! We will be gathering about 1100am on Saturday, November 6th. A pavilion has been reserved for us from 1000am til 500pm. We will be having a Pot Luck Lunch at noon where we will be grilling all sorts of tasty treats.
Everyone is encouraged to bring food to share with others for lunch. HERE is a list of the food that we need and who is bringing it. If anyone wants to bring something please send me an E-MAIL.
I would also like to have another Travelbug Trade since the last one we had was so successful (I think around 90 travelbugs were traded that day). We (the park ranger and I) are planning on sestting up some temporary caches for a cache race. All are invited to compete.
The Lorimer Park parking lot is located on Moredon Road between Pine Road and Huntingdon Pike (N40 05.803 W075 04.448). The pavilion is on the other side of the road in the park. People are welcome to come to the park ealier and search for all the local geocaches. Park (and parking area) hours are from 800AM til 500PM.
