Going Fishing Traditional Cache

While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been disabled for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Geocache Description:

This Cache is located at the valley wood park in Southfield.The area has an paved trail and a short walk off the trail.

This is your regular cache that is in an rubber maid a shoe boxwith a blue top. In the cache it has an light up neck lace, play dough, bubbles,carbiner, a book, cd case,blue bag, flag. When you come to this park you can park at macdonald towers senior homes. And then head to the park.Please do not park in the Ge lot the guard will chase you off. There is two ways down to the stream, you can go down the stairs or down the hill. If you like there is great fishing there. The Dnr has a spot tag on small mouth bass that must be relased. But you also enjoy an nice walk down the trail.
