This area is where the fresh water and the saltwater come together, making a peaceful place to visit.
This area was a very popular peaceful hangout in the early 80's when T & D first started dating, this area that you will see, actually had a walkway across, where you could dive off either in the freshwater side or the saltwater side and enjoy a cool afternoon in the water. There are 2 benches where you can sit and enjoy the side of Florida not rarely seen. When sitting on the benches, you will see to the east is saltwater and to the west is fresh, and the falls combines the water to make brackish! Manatees are also known to hangout here in nice weather! Some might notice that this cache is in a fimilar area, we had our "Two Waters" cache in this location, but the area in which the last cache was, has been destroyed, so we have made a bigger cache in a more secluded area.
