Geocache Description:

This is one of those unusual roadside places that you stumble across on the way to or from somewhere else.

I've been stopping by here for years. There is gas, plenty of parking for trucks and motorhomes, a small convenience store and restaurant with home-style cooking, and most notably an unusual bathroom. The regulars have a sort of initiation ceremony for unsuspecting tourists. The place has been run by several generations of the same family for decades. It is a favorite out-of-the-way and uncrowded respite for truckers. If you decide to take kids to the bathroom parental guidance and supervision is strongly encouraged. My first visit I was traveling alone late at night and was totally freaked out. I have since talked with the owners and some of the frequent patrons who have convinced me that it all is just their idea of harmless fun. There are no cameras in there.If you decide to forgo the whole truck stop experience and just grab the cache this is a quick drive-by style cache. It is about 2 minutes off of I-5 and can be reached from either direction. At night you may encounter parked vehicles with people grabbing some shut eye. During the daylight you will most likely have the area to yourself.**Bring Your Own Pen
