I went down to the river,
I set down on the bank.
I tried to think but couldn't,
So I jumped in and I sank.
I came up once and hollered!
I came up twice and cried!
If that water hadn't been so cold
I might've sunk and died.

In order to retrieve this cache, you will need some water -- about three litres to be precise. There's an unlimited source of water within a few steps of the cache, but you will need to bring a suitable container. Of course, you may also bring your own supply of water.
Park in the gravelled area just north of the cache or in any visitor parking space. The locals are aware of this cache and will not bother you, though they may laugh. The cache owner lives nearby, and may also be observing you as you attempt to retrieve the cache. You may leave very small trading items, but it's not necessary.
Update February 17, 2005: The lid on the cache container has been replaced with a different device that will be easy for everyone to remove.
