There are hundreds of examples of "Mel's Diner" scattered across America; Most are Mom & Pop operations like the one in North Manchester, but there are several chains, also...Somebody in this cemetery has "Mel's Diner" inscribed on his stone.

And a husband and wife who both served in WWII, James and Marajorie, He in the Army Air Forces, she in the WAVES. You may see a marker for a Spanish-American War vet, OTTO M. RANTZ, Co. D 157 IND INF (The 156th was the last Civil War Regiment) as well as a GAR marker for Sherman Baker, 1843-1908...
