RREngineer: I am not going to replace this one. They have been reworking the ground after the fire and I don't want to change the type and location of the cache.

Another drive-by-caching site. BYOP. Difficulty rating by the cachers at my FTF event.
Easy side of road parking. The area of the cache will be visible before you get to the parking area. Across the street is the SE end of the Florida Northern Rail Road line. They come here usually 2 times per week. Thursday is one of them, if nothing interfers with their schedule. The cache is on the opposite side of the road away from the railroad tracks. Container will hold small items.
