Geocache Description:

Thanks to everyone who attended, brought cache items, food, wit and wisdom. We had a great time!!

Our first Human Geocache was a great success. We all enjoyed meeting everyone-old friends and new. The big ammo can is bulging with goodies. The Park Ranger told us to come back again so I guess we resolved the parking issue to their satisfaction. Ali has already gotten online to discover 4501 caches in the UK and that GPSr's are cheaper here than there. PIGLET pooped and it was BRIGHT GREEN!! I swear! Even the water turned green. That cake was great with some seriously potent icing. Thanks JMT! The new cache or caches from the donated loot will go out sometime in the next few weeks.

Greetings! This is an idea blantantly stolen from skydiver out in Montana. He hosts a tent camping weekend. This is a copy of his event only on a smaller scale!

Here is how it works:

1. Follow the coordinates posted here. You will come to a trashy place to start your day. Laminated cards with the event location can be found there. You won't even have to get out of your car. I want to avoid posting the actual cache location here to avert possible issues with the location owner. :-)

2. Find the Human Geocache (PULASKI, MRS PULASKI, TULIP, PIGLET & our friend Ali who will be visiting from England) anytime between the hours of 10AM (thanks, this will give jet-lagged Ali a bit more time to get to the cache Sat AM) and 7PM on Saturday December 4th. The final location will be somewhere warm and dry! To score the cache, find us and stop in and say hello. We will have chili (cooking away at 10PM Friday!), Italian bread, dessert and drinks so stay for a bit and have a bite to eat!. Thanks to those who have offered to bring food. You are more than welcome to!!

3. Bring a geocaching item to help stuff a follow-on cache that will be posted soon after this event. Everyone who contributes will have their name inscribed on the cache.

4. There are several dozen other caches within ten miles of where we will be.

5. You don't have to post a 'note' or 'will attend' to show up. If you can make it, just come find us!

6. There will be at least three prizes (ammo cans) for the cachers who show up closest to pre-determined random times or numbers.

7. Sorry, I forgot the printouts. If you are caching around make sure you have your own based on the coordinates above.

8. Remember, this cache will only be available from 10AM - 7PM on Saturday December 4th 2004!!

Thanks! We look forward to meeting old friends and making new ones.

Sincerely, PULASKI

PS: TULIP says hello and is really hoping that GEONINA shows up.
