First webcam cache in Slovenia
This is first (traffic) webcam cache in Slovenia. There are many web cameras around Slovenia. All are listed in page:

To report this Webcam geocache, you'll need a GPSr, a cell phone and a friend with PC connected to the Internet and waiting for your call. Locate the camera on a pole at coordinates above. Then call your friend and get him to access the webcam (or make it via your phone access) on the web at

All he has to do is take a screen shot of live camera image. If possible, get as close to the camera as possible. Standing at the other side of the road is too far (my examples below are not quite good).
Be sure to include the snapshot in your log entry when logging the cache.
This webcam is on the road, which will lead you to some nice Idrija caches (GCHB0R and GCJGX0) and is good for starting a GeoCache day in the area.
And finally, be careful when crossing the road.
