The list of places above has a connection to something composed of fifty letters that we use everyday.
The cache coordinates can be found with the formula below where each letter of the alphabet represents an integer between zero and fifty derived from the position of the first occurrence of that letter within the fifty. Letters that don’t appear in the fifty have a value of zero.
Latitude -- N47 degrees, (B – D + F + M) point (I – Y + R + F) minutes.
Longitude -- W122 degrees, (A – J + O + Y) point 10 times (E – D + H + T) minutes.

I've collected the clues posted earlier as notes. As you read down the list more and more is given away.
Clue #1: This puzzle has similarities with some of my other caches. There is one connection with Words in Wallingford and different connection with the Walking Tour.
Clue #2: The puzzle has more to do with astronomy than it does with geography. The French connection with astronomy is especially strong.
Clue #3: In your initial examination of the list of places focus on the big picture and don’t sweat the small stuff. So focus on the uppercase letters.
Clue #4: The fifty letters you are trying to find make up a group of words. The first word contains “UN” as consecutive letters embedded within it. The second word contains “ON” and so on.
Clue #5: The group of words you are looking for include three that are associated with astronomy. When all of the words in the group are translated into French, six have to do with astronomy.
Clue #6: In English, those words that are not associated with astronomy are associated with mythology.
Clue #7: The words you are looking for have 6, 6, 7, 9, 8, 6, and 8 letters respectively, for a total of 50 letters.
Clue #8: The words you are looking for have a common ending.
Clue#9: The words you are looking for belong to a list of proper names.
Clue#10: There used to be a connection with women's underwear. Don't know if that is still true?
