Geocache Description:

This cache features a one mile loop hike through towering redwood trees, with a tumbling creek as an added bonus.

You don't have to be in California to admire huge redwood trees! This hike, with just enough elevation gain to make you puff a bit, goes through a terrific grove of the giants.

The GPS reception can be pretty spotty throughout the hike, so you may need to resort to the clue to locate the cache.

A NW Forest Pass is required at the trailhead, but there are wide spots in the road close by or you can leave your car at the nearby state park and walk the river trail to the trailhead.
