Geocache Description:

The cache is an ammo box off a trail in a wooded area, that is a public area behind the backyard fences of subdivision housing.

This is a brand new sleeper cell of the Yermamma Ben Maudlin Al Quackers . The original cache contents include Al Doug , having completed his assigned mission to recruit three new members: Al Cahol, Al Ementery, and Al Be C-ing-ya . After all the ducks have left on their assignments, there are also all the usual trinkets for cachers to trade.

As with many caches, there are a couple of ways to approach this one. The traditional way would be to park at the lot at N29 37.788 W98 26.956 (this is the Encino Park Community Center) and cross the street through the open fence gate. It is a nice 1/3 of a mile walk. If you follow the path around, no bushwaking is necessary. For you speed cachers, there is a short cut park and grab about 400 feet from the cache, if you go down a drainage easement between two houses, if you're so inclined.

There's a lot of dogs around -- confined to their back yard pens -- but who will bark at you as you pass. The trails here also seem to be used by the locals, so beware of your dog-walking muggles.

Since this one is easy enough for the kids, when you're done caching you may want to stop in at the playground near the parking coordinates listed above, as all are welcome to the jungle gyms.
