Geocache Description:

Easy most of the way. Might be muddy

The Hojack trail runs from Lewison to Oswego. Work on it begain in 1871 and the last trolly made its run from Sodus to Rochester in 1929.
Now RG&E owns a major portion of the right of way. Parts of it have been improved for bike riding and hiking. Mostly on the east end with some plans to the west.
This hide is just over 1/2 mile from Drake Road. Easy walk and not very muddy most of the way. The north side of the trail is posted and watch for ATVs and bikes.
Look for a camo painted 4" pvc pipe. The unglued end is marked. (visit link) (visit link)
