phat ones. Bring some small trade items. This area may be extremely
muddy but keep going, you'll get out of it eventually.
We had a blast hiding caches in beautiful Eagle Island State Park
(EISP) along the equestrian trails. There are 15 caches in the
series. Be on the lookout for cow pies & muddy conditions. You
might want to wear old shoes or boots at certain times of the year.
You will most likely get up close and personal with real, live
cows. The fee for parking inside the park is $4 unless you have a
state parks pass. There are a few parking spots just outside the
entrance for free but round trip after hitting all the caches is at
least 4 miles. The park is open from 7 am until sunset. A few
caches require bringing your own pen/pencil. Permission is obtained
for caching in the park as long as we tread lightly.
