F0T0M0M'S PANORAMA IV Traditional Cache
f0t0m0m: I went up to replace this cache, but I found that the area has been trashed by people and it was evident that it is commonly used. I replaced it with a new cache about 100 feet away.

This Cache is an ammo can.
Cache is located just off a fire road above Scholl Canyon, Glendale, California. There are several moderately steep hills. Total elevation change is less than 300'. The hike is just over a mile, each way. The cache is on the same fire road as our Panorama I and Panorama III caches.
If you prefer a shorter and steeper hike, there is a trail up from Mt. Carmel drive at about N 34 08.989 W 118 13.456. From there the cache is 0.10 miles, but the elevation gain is 300 feet. We have never tried this trail, but we have seen people going up it before.
