Geocache Description:

Located along the Old Ridge Route this cache is a little more of a challenge than the others there due its physical location. The cache itself is easy to get to its getting there that is the challenge.

While I was driving the ridge route finding new caches and doing maintenance on the others I have hidden there I decided to explore the area around the ridge route alittle more. So as I was driving along I took a right turn off the ridge route onto a dirt road and the cache location is where I ended up. Just a Note: I don't reccommend the family minivan for this drive. I made it to the cache site in my jeep in two wheel drive, I do have a few new scratches in the paint from brush hanging into the roadway. And I did have to navigate some deep rutts in the road way. Other than that it was a nice drive and the view from the top is awesome. The cache is in a medium size medicine bottle with a child proof cap, so parents make sure you take the toddlers along to get it open. Although it is big enough for small items its not big enough for a pen or pencil so don't forget to take one to sign the log with.
