Geocache Description:

The position given above will place you in front of a sign. Seven letters of the woman's name on the sign can be anagramed to make a 14 point scrabble word which is the first work in this puzzle. The scene to the east at the bottom of the hill might be a hint to the first word. Also to the east is a field which is often used for a corn maze. Drop the "z" in corn maze and anagram the remaining seven leters to an 11 point scrabble word. (Hint: this second word is sometimes associated with the first word.)

First Word: __ __ __ __ __ __ __

first letter = 2, second letter = 7,
third letter = 0, and fourth letter = 4

Second Word: __ __ __ __ __ __ __

first letter = 4, third letter = 9,
fourth letter = 7, and sixth letter = 1

Use the numbers corresponding to the letters above to find the lat/lon of the actual cache.
