You must bring a compass with you on this cache hunt. Do not rely on the compass in your GPSr. Also, bring your thinking cap with you, as Stage 2 is a bit devious! Due to construction of the new City Jail, we have lost parking near the bison tube stage of this cache. Considering that and concerns about the difficulty of being stealthy at the bison tube, I have eliminated that stage of this cache. Your math will now take you to the cache - if done correctly!
Stage 1 - The Post Office:
The coordinates listed above are for a small church parking lot. Look around this parking lot very carefully.

Stage 2: The 1796 Stone
From the first marker, walk a few steps to the southeast and stand at the green Foard and Union street sign pole. With your left shoulder against the pole, face a bearing of 140° and the second marker will be behind you. The second marker, the “1796 Stone”, is much harder to find, but it is well above ground, so don’t go doing any digging!

Stage 3: The Cache
Calculate the difference between the answers you got at the two markers. Add 422 to the results. Place that result into the missing component (xxx) of the North coordinate for the cache below.
