Let's all welcome Team Slytherin from England to Jacksonville. He plans on getting a 'couple' of Jax style caches while he is here!
Attention: the posted coords are for The Fed's nearby cache. You will have to pass Cracker Barrel to get it. Go to the Cracker Barrel, not the coords. I will try to update them if I can get to OP this week.
He asked for it, he gets it! Alex and his daughter Amy are coming to Jacksonville this Saturday and Sunday to cache and attend the Jags game, and asked for caching buddies to help him get his numbers up. The actual 'event' will be at the Cracker Barrel in Orange Park at 6PM. The purpose for the event will be to welcome our guest and exchange travel bugs from across the ocean. There is food there so Paint should be on time. Team Slytherin expects to arrive in the Jax/OP area around noon on Saturday. We are planning to meet at that time and cache all day before the event so everyone who wants to come for all that is welcome! The more the merrier. Call any time Saturday to find out where we are and join us...email me for my number if you don't have it.
There will be a cache at the event (at Cracker Barrel at 6PM Saturday) with a log to sign to claim your smiley. There may also be other caches available for the asking....
There is sure to be night caching after dinner. Stay out of the mud!
