Amager Fælled er under heftig
forandring. I den østlige ende skyder Ørestaden op, og i den sydvestlige del
bliver der anlagt kolonihaver. Den centrale del bliver dog bevaret, og
stisystemet forbedret.
Forandringerne til trods er det et meget centralt og cache egnet område. Det er
let at komme til stedet, både i egen bil og med offentlige transportmidler.
Flere steder er der opstillet bænke og anlagt bålpladser, som er velegnede til
at indtage den medbragte mad.
Københavns Kommune har udgivet en
pjece om Amager Fælled, som bl.a. indeholder et fint oversigtskort. Den kan

Eventet består af seks traditionelle
og en mystery cache. I hver af de traditionelle cache
vil der være oplysninger, som når de bliver stykket sammen, giver koordinaterne
på mystery cachen.
Sværhedsgrad på opgave og cache placeringer er valgt således, at børn og
barnlige sjæle også kan være med. Hvis man tager alle cacher i fornuftig
rækkefølge, er det en gåtur på under 10 km.
Det er aftalt med godkenderen, at alle cacher bliver godkendt den 21. maj om
morgenen og frigivet om eftermiddagen.
Selve eventet starter kl. 10 på parkeringspladsen ved
de angivne koordinater. Her vil vi uddele beskrivelser af cacherne
til alle tilmeldte deltagere. Man behøver altså ikke printe beskrivelserne ud
hjemmefra.
Der findes flere andre cacher på Amager Fælled. Har man ikke taget dem
tidligere, har man her en oplagt mulighed.
Fra kl. 14 mødes vi på et nærmere angivet sted for at udveksle dagens
oplevelser. Her er borde og bænke, så man kan indtage medbragt mad og drikke.
Brug af cykel på event dagen vil blive betragtet som usportsligt!
The Common of
Amager is changing radically. The eastern part is dominated by Ørestaden and the south-west changed into allotment
gardens. The central part is kept unchanged and the foot path system improved.
In spite of the changes the area is very good for caches. It is easy to access
and to reach both by car and public transportation.
In several parts you will find benches and grill places where you can prepare
and eat your lunch.
Copenhagen City has edited a pamphlet about the Common of

The event consists of six traditional and one mystery cache. In each of the
traditional caches are found information that – put together all six – give you
the coordinates of the Mystery cache. The difficulty is chosen such as to
permit infants and infantile souls to participate. Searching for the caches in
a wise sequence will provide a hike of less than 10 km.
The approver has promised that all seven caches will be published in the afternoon
of the 21st may.
The event as such starts at 10 in the parking lot on the coordinates of the
event. It is not necessary to wait at home for the caches to be published. All
attendants will be provided with the cache descriptions.
The Common of Amager houses a number of older caches which can be found as well
during the day.
From 2 p.m. we will meet in a specified place to share the experience of the day.

The use of bicycles on the event will be looked upon as unsporty!
