lovesreward: I really hate to archive this old geocache but today pacholik and I checked out the area where my geocache used to live and the block wall is indeed down but it's piled up with chopped up pieces of the tree that took out the wall, along with broken pieces of the wall. I tried to dig around a little bit but because it's open to their backyard I didn't want to seem like I was being nosy so I decided I'm going to go ahead and archive this geocache. I'm very sad but this will open up the area for someone else perhaps to find a spot to hide a geocache. We looked around but because there are so many trees down on this part of the trail and trees that have smashed the chain link fence on the opposite side of the trail where my geocache used to live, we decided against hiding anything today because there's going to have to be quite the cleanup at some point along here. This last major wind storm here in Southern California really decimated my geocaches... This is the third geocache to be taken out by a fallen tree from that major storm. Sigh So farewell love's reward cache, I shall hide another geocache having to do with love again someday. ❤️ Thank you to all that visited.
