A new parkland in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Very scenic. Plenty of facilities and worth taking the kids and a picnic lunch while you look for the cache. It should only take 45 minutes. You don't have to jump any fences.
Location 1
One of the people who helped develop this bird habitat was a high flyer. Use the first three characters of his surname to give you the decimal part of the co-ordinate. A=1, B=2, C=3. S37 41.(1st letter+4)(2nd letter-2)(3rd letter-17), E144 56.(1st letter+1)(2nd letter-0)(3rd letter-10)
Location 2
At this location is an unusual structure. Count the number of vertical sides and the number of fins on top.
To find the cache, add to the decimal part of easting of location 2, 41 and the number of sides of the structure. Also add to the decimal part of the northing 169 and the number of fins on top.
Good luck!
