Cache just over three miles south west of Newbury just south of Crockham Heath. Suggested parking at N 51 22.340, W 001 22.554. The cache's name gives you a clue to the terrain (don't be put off by the start - the bridleway gets worse!)
We found it hard to get the same GPS reading twice because of the tree cover, so if the co-ords are out, please let us know. The cache is a smallish green ammo box containing the usual selection of goodies and a log book, which please fill in. Now replaced by camouflaged clip top box. Seems that ammo boxes are being pilfered!
