The beautiful Frisco Trail is the newest addition to the Fayetteville's trail system.
More monkey treats!
The trailheads are just west of Gregg, on Center (N) or Prairie (S); you can also pick up a spur of the trail just west of the public library. The cache is off the trail--- it's a bit of a scramble up through the bramble.
The cache was moved on March 12, 2005 to a more secluded spot. The new hiding place is quite a bit harder to reach, but can't be seen from the trail.
It might be easiest to follow the footpath that leaves the trail near a bench at N36 03.601, W 094 09.984, go east a bit and then dive into the thicket from a spot due north of the cache.
Watch out for our favorite thorny vine, smilax glauca, aka greenbrier!
