Geocache Description:

Cache is at an old cellar hole, the site of a home owned by the Payne family.

For the scenic approach, park on Rt 103 at the Rachel Carson Wildlife area kayak put-in at Brave Boat Harbor. Head southeast along the path roughly paralleling Brave Boat Harbor. It is a pleasant 2/3 mile walk thru the woods to the cellar hole.

The cache is a Rubber-Maid container with a white top, containing some toy frogs, cars, and dinosaurs. This area is near, but not in, the Rachel Carson wildlife area.
