Should be easy to find. This cache is a replacement for Södertälje Camera - GCGEM8 that has ceased to be.

Södertälje Webcam  

It´s simple; Make sure you are in the field of view like in the sample above; wave and ask a friend to save a picture.
Or if you use Telia Homerun there is a hotspot in a nearby hotel that covers the square. I used it successfully when I tested the camera.
