Located on a local sportsman's club wilderness area. Thanks to the Gratiot Sportsman’s Club for creating this area and allowing me to place a cache here.
This is a nice area with two paths to the cache area. I suggest you pick one path and come back on the other. It is mostly a grassy area but it will take you to an area that is near a creek that may have the potential of flooding. Be careful of this area in the spring when it has recently rained.
Remember, this is a wildlife area and we want to keep the area as natural as possible. Please keep the area clean and do not bushwhack. You can get to the cache area easily but you may have to step over fallen logs or around a little brush.
The cache is in a tin container and is not located directly on the ground due to potential flooding. It was started out with fun things for kids.
