Easy access by foot. The cache is also easy to find, even for less experienced geocachers.
This is a scenic location near Umeå. You get close by bus (line 1 towards Umedalen). Lakeside view with lots of birds when the season is right and therefore popular among ornithologists. There is a fireplace and other facilities south along the trail, bring food for a picnic. Access is easy and the area is generally well suited for children, although the waterline is obviously close. The cache is a small metal bucket with a lid. It is about two litres in volume and painted in a discrete colour. It should be available all year round.
