Geocache Description:

Micro hidden near a beautiful WWI monument which has become a symbol of the Bywater neigborhood in which it is located.

"Erected AD 1919 by the people of this the Ninth Ward in honor of its citizens who were enlisted in combative service and in memory of those who made the supreme sacrifice for the triumph of right over might in the Great World War."

This should be pretty easy, ample parking across the street.
Muggles may be about - especially during school hours, so be careful and discreet.
