I named this cache Not Much Effort for several reasons.
First and foremost, Not Much Effort has gone into this park. Some time ago, members of a girls softball team sued the City because they felt discriminated against because of the way the city allocated who practiced on the softball fields inside the city. The city felt it was fair on the way it allocated the practace space but, also felt it needed more playing fields. The land for this park was donated as a solution to that problem.
When I played softball several years ago we felt good that we had anywhere to play at all. We even helped landscape Gilbert Creek softball field just to have a place to play. OK, off of my soapbox and back to this park. Some time ago, almost a year, the city started building this park. Not Much Effort has been made to get the park done.
Second, this is a micro cache and Not Much Effort was put into putting it together or the placement of it.
Third, Not Much Effort is needed to find this cache and log it.
