30 cal. Ammo can in Bernheim Forest
In a conversation recently with a wily, liberal geocacher who (S) will (M) remain (T) anonymous (C), I learned that he prefers good, old-fashioned hiking/forest caches, to these wimpy city micros. Having placed a number of said wimpy micros and being extremely proud of said wimps, I set out to place a cache just for him. Hence this little booger. I will give no hints, nor will I ever give any hints. To be honest I'm somehwat reluctant to even give correct coords, but here ya go. Now this cache is currently stocked, and I'm not making this up, with Holiday themed bathroom and kitchen linens that we received for Christmas. I mean how many snowflake hand towels can one family own. Take one, leave something else, don't take anything, I DON'T CARE a BIT! It's really about finding the cache and feeling that sense of accomplishment. Enjoy. There are some pictures for your perusal. They are taken from the cache site IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE and will be of absolutely NO HELP, but I thought you'd like to see where I was. Oh, and by the way, I placed this in the Winter when there was no tree cover. I expect in the summer that you had better have a metal detector and a psychic with you considering the tree cover that must be up there. Tee-hee tee-hee.
