Found this location after using the wrong co ordinates on the way to another cache in the area. The sadistic side of me screamed out that there SHOULD be a cache here.
The cache can be approached to within 90m using formed walking trails in the Cleland Conservation Park. The actual location should become obvious as you approach. In fact, you can SEE it from Greenhill Rd. It’s that last 90m that attract the terrain rating. The whole fun of this one is GETTING to it, and once you have it, you still have to get back. Mwhahahaha! Take note of the cache name and the terrain stars.
This is a cache that should only be attempted in sturdy footwear that has good grip. In wet weather, the star rating of this will increase by two! DO NOT attempt this at night!
I recommend an approach along Long Ridge track from the Cleland Wildlife park. This will give you an easy 80min, 5.5km round trip from the Kiosk. You can also come in from Waterfall Gully. The distance is similar, but it is a MUCH harder walk.
You are looking for a small clip lock container initially containing a spider, can opener, sm picture frame and the TB “Wish I Was Here” trying to get to Europe.
