Geocache Description:

This is an ammo box hidden in Southern Boundaries Park in Durham.

This park is easily accessed from Martin Luther King Jr. parkway, and I placed it on MLK Jr. Day. It is in Southern Boundaries park, presumably so named before suburban sprawl kicked the southern boundary of Durham much further down. This park has several tennis courts and at least two ball fields.

Cache is an ammo box hidden in the trees around the edge of the park. If there is an activity in that corner of the park, it might be better to come back another time, or at least be very careful. Please cover the cache thoroughly before you leave.

You don't have to go too far to get to the cache, but some (but not all) of the ways to get to the cache involve small gullies, and possibly could be damp if it has rained a lot. You might also run into briars.
