Switzer Canyon, a lovely spot accessed via utility road off San Marcos Street in Burlingame or at the end of Palm Street east of 30th street. Best to park in Burlingame or on Palm Street east of 30th before Palm descends into the canyon and ends at a couple of homes.
Ellis and Alek assembled this cache, if you see the cat food can in the Eucalyptus branch about 6 feet high you will know you are very close. Likewise, the rusted metal frame indicates that you are just steps away. Inside you will find a log book, a motorcycle, feather, stuffed cow (or is it a Panda?), 2 hotwheel cars, lizard, 2 bouncy balls, sting ray, green alien, bats (2), space shuttle, toy dino, connect four game, and frog. Intrigued? Come visit, you'll be glad to know our humble little canyon home to some beautiful hawks, rabbits and streams after the rains. You may see Ellis or Noah cruising by on their mountain bikes! Their dad is the one running behind huffing and puffing.
