Meets & Bounds Mystery Cache
ncflyfisher: Archiving this one after a 7+ year run from 2005 starting with the initial placement by Hambone and subsequent adoption when he had to relocate from the area. It has been a year since anyone found this one and I wanted to open the 528-ft radius around this area for placement of some other cache(s) if other choose to do so. Thank you to all who sought this one during its relatively long life.

***CACHE IS
NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES***
This is the beginning of your
traverse.
All professions have their own lingo. Recently I have had to take
upon some surveying duties and found this option on some software
we run and knew it was custom made for a cache.
Here's the directions to the cache:
Commencing at the Point of Beginning;
thence South 88°00'00" West, a distance of 438.00 feet;
thence South 31°37'17" East, a distance of 185.71 feet;
thence North 23°46'52" East, a distance of 168.71 feet;
thence South 77°14'39" East, a distance of 111.85 feet;
thence North 40°08'02" East, a distance of 129.98 feet;
thence North 19°11'30" West, a distance of 170.97 feet;
thence South 47°01'06" West, a distance of 245.24 feet to the end
of traverse.
Follow the traverse from the above posted coordinates to the final
cache location. There are no intermediate markers so good
orientation skills will be essential.
Final cache is an ammo box with a log and other goodies.
If you calculate the final coordinates; then you can check by
calculating the distance (and bearing) to close the traverse
(return to POB from last point). The closure leg should be
approximately 314-ft in distance from the cache location to the
POB.
