The first Letterbox Hybrid in the Richmond area. It is located in Rockwood park. You will have to count paces, so you might want to bring along a calculator. The cache is a small tupperware container with not too much spare room in it. You may be able to squeeze in small things such as travelbugs though.
If you do not know, a letterbox contains a rubber stamp. You should bring your own book (if you have one) and stamp this into it, for your own keepsake. If you have your own stamp, please stamp the logbook in the cache with it. If you want to make a stamp, you should be able to have one made at a office supply store.
Start at the trash can located at the given coordinates. Count the amount of paces (each foot) it takes you to walk from this location to N 37*27.031' W 077*34.672' (Weird looking tree.) This is your pace count.
From here look to the east. Just down the trail you will see another trailhead. Start at the bottom of the steps. Travel one half your pace count down this trail
You will be under a brown and white object. From here go north-northeast 1/4 your pace count.
Beside you there are some stacked timbers. Head up 3/8 of your pace count.
At this intersection take the road most traveled to the north 3/10 your pace count. Stay to the right!
You will now see two green eyes. Take this trail 3/4 your pace count.
Once at this intersection look to left. You will see a house of bats. This is your next starting point. Head 1/4 your pace count back towards the last stopping point, but continue past it.
Turn right and head up to the intersection.
Head left 4/5 your pace count and stay to the left. Here is your cache location!
