Hopefully a pleasant stroll through an ancient forest along level, bridleways and footpaths. Could be done with a x-country children's buggy, depending on the route you take.
Park at or about 52:09:004N, 000:49:025W, a 'proper' parking area off the road. When this cache was first set the parking was free, but now is pay and display. Follow the bridleways and footpaths to the cache location. Should take you 15 to 20 minutes to get there,on foot. Easy, levelish walking. The Forest Centre, about 2kms away, has toilets, some really interesting information about this ancient forest, more walks and a cafe. Unfortunately, having originally also once been free, it too has a pay and display parking charge. The cache is a small cliplock pot and contains the log sheet. Only big enough for small swaps. Please bring your own pen or pencil. Sorry it's not bigger, but the original large container got muggled a while back and we didn't want to risk it again. The Cache is right next to a public right of way, so please replace it carefully.
