Geocache Description:

This cache is located in "the depths" of Deep Springs Park in northern Bay County, FL. The park is aptly named, and is a beautiful example of the "sand hills" ravines in the Florida panhandle.

This cache is a two quart plastic container that is wrapped in camouflage duct tape.

The cache is located in a county park that is definitely not what you would consider "flat" Florida. The most difficult leg of your hike to the cache will be at the beginning of the trailhead. This is NOT a park and grab cache! There is a nice little wayside park at the beginning of the trail so plan on bringing a picnic lunch along with you. You won't be too near any stores so make sure you bring whatever you'd like to have handy to eat and drink with you.

If you are attempting this cache in the summer months, make SURE to bring along some insect repellent as well as an adequate supply of water. It's not the length of the hike that will get you as much as the changes in elevation.

This one might be a toughie due to the tree cover.

And please, make sure the cache is well concealed again after you've found it.
