DustyWalker: I set out today with a new cache in hand to fix this one up, but found that my new cache wouldn't fit in the old hole. bummer. I had a look around for a cool new spot but couldn't find one. The place just didn't seem to have the same appeal. Time to archive it.

Geocache Description:

Located just off Bishop Drive in Fredericton.

In all seasons except winter you can park in the nearby rock pit to access this cache. If you are not able to park there, leave your vehicle on one of the side streets a short distance to the west. The cache is housed in a white 500 ml plastic container and contains the usual cache & log sheets, a pencil, and some trading items. I found this spot kind of interesting. I have no idea what the old building was used for. It was obviously there long before Bishop Drive was constructed.
