Waters Crossing Cache is located in San Felasco Hammock State Preserve that opens at 08:00 AM and closes at sundown. Parking is at N29º42.869 W082º27.654 and costs $2.00 per vehicle. Pets on a leash are allowed. Bikes and motor vehicles are not allowed on the trails. Waters Crossing Cache is about a mile from the parking lot.
This cache is located near a project that Boy Scout Troop 84 completed in 1998. This park improvement project is at a scenic location in the park. Bush whacking is not required to find this cache. The cache container is a small waterproof plastic box. This area has high muggle traffic at times, so use stealth when grabbing and replacing this cache. Please replace cache in the place you find it and keep the door latched. You might want to bring your camera because this part of the park has some nice areas to photograph.
