This is a quick and easy traditional cache located at Meloney's Creek along Seaview Drive on the way to North Sydney
Growing up this was the place where people would bring their cars to wash them (an early carwash). There used to be a ramp where they would drive down and put the front bumper into the water. This was also a popular picnic spot with picnic tables spaced out in the trees. About 20 years ago guardrails were set up to keep people from driving in and the tables were removed.
*The cache has been updated and moved to an easier and drier location (to eliminate the cachcicle syndrome). It is in a round container filled with the usual trinkets along with logbook.
