Hidden on an island within Lake Houston.
Go big, or go home! This is a 5 by 5 cache. You might be able to dog paddle to this cache, but I would suggest paddling a kayak or canoe. There is a nice park that makes a pretty good put-in at N30-02.540 W095-09.247. Watch for critters in the summer and stumps during low water periods.
I hid the cache in a white, plastic, ammo box-like container under some logs next to the tallest tree in the center of the island. It is tethered to the tree, so that it will hopefully not float off. Try to reconceal the cache so that it won't be bothered by others who weren't actually searching to find it.
