Located not far from a famous shopping area in the middle of Tokyo... but, many Japanese do not even know he is there!
With all of the tall buildings, steel and glass... you might have some difficulty in getting a good GPS signal.
When I was a child, my first impressions of Japanese cities were from the Godzilla series of movies... and his destruction of those cities.
Do you know where Godzilla is always looking over you?!
I have found many Japanese do not know about his place.
To get credit for this cache...
1. Find Godzilla.
Find a name engraved in the base of the monument (there are two names, please see the hints for the correct name).
You MUST e-mail to me the name!
(Do NOT post the required name in your log here! Please e-mail the name to me through the link of my geocaching.com profile.)
2. While standing with Godzilla... take a look around.
If Godzilla had to mail a postcard of his latest destruction to his home and friends... find the place where he could send his mail.
(You can easily see some thing red about 10 meters from Godzilla.)
If you find the cache, but do not e-mail the required name... I will delete your find.
If you find the required name, but do not find the cache container... I will delete your find.
If you post the required name in your log here or in the cache's logbook... I will delete your find.
(Sorry for being so strict about this... but, it is part of my requirement to get credit for this geocache.)
The difficulty is 2 stars, because of the slight difficulty in getting a good GPSr signal AND the difficulty of trying to retrieve the actual cache container without anyone seeing you!
The cache container is small, but bigger than 35mm film. It contains a log sheet (please write your date of log and name) and two small things. Please bring your own pen to write on log sheet. If you trade some thing, please bring small and light things (if too heavy, maybe cache container cannot stay in place).
