Leonid Illyich Brezhnev was effective ruler of the Soviet Union
from 1964 to 1982, though at first in partnership with others. He
was the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet
Union from 1964 to 1982, and was twice Chairman of the Presidium of
the Supreme Soviet.
The cache is located at a spot where I once tried to watch the
Leonid meteor showers and is located on the grounds of Swarthmore College, which Spiro
Agnew once called “the Kremlin on the Crum.” Please rehide as well
