This is another scenic view from a hilltop. P/U should be fine.
Nice view of Indian Cove farms, ranches, etc. Downstream you can see the tops of the Sand Dunes. You have a good view of the Snake River, Crane Rock, and the open pit mine slightly upstream and about 100 yards above the pumping station. The remains of the miners' shack is still there. You will see a Black Tub setting in the field, it is not lost, It is for watering the stock, leave it there. Cache is a Plastic Box with many pretty baubles, tumbled Jasper, Arrowheads, Mini Combination Lock, an Elephant for a tot, Log Book. Pencil & Sharpener, and a Geocache Notice. Look close at the TOPO MAP and follow the contour lines to locate the likely pathe to the cache. There are recent vehicle tracks to follow.
